Purchased in 1995 for $65,000, this 30-horsepower driven, 5-head, 3.5" barrelled cooker/extruder is ideal for either food research or starch-based snack food production. It comes with its own Tosvert Transistor Converter, Steam Generator, AccuRate Overhead Feeder, rotometers, and a whole variety of peripheral dyes.
