This oven is in MINT CONDITION and has overall dimensions of 6' 4.25" (height) x 7' 5.5" (width) x 3' 8.25" (depth). Note that some of the photos have had their "color pallette reduced" to try to keep the size of the files down and reduce the time it takes you to download the images, but this has little or no bearing on actual detail.

This is a view of the oven from the front. Lumen Foods originally purchased this item to produce a line of animal-free, fat-free, sugar-free cookies to add to its Catalogue. Eventually the project was dropped in favor of expanding Lumen's Stonewall's Jerquee line, where baking is performed through a separate operation.

The control panel to the oven is simple and straight-forward. The dial at the top allows the operator to set baking time. The second dial indicates oven temperature. Other controls include an oven tray advance, burner switch, and oven light. The dial at the bottom indicates which of the six large trays is level with the loading door.

This photo allows a better view of the front of the oven. The door with a handle to the right of center is, of course, the loading door.
