LOGO EXPLAINED:
We're often asked about the logo created in 1985 to promote "The Lumen Book." Actually, it's a composite photo showing an overlay of hands over the Earth holding "textured soy protein." In 1985 this was the best shot humanity had at trying to curb the ill-effects of large scale animal consumption. (Read 50 Reasons...) Lumen Foods' meat substitutes are descendents of this older technology . . .
