Shipping Policy: We have the shopping site calculator defaulted to "shipping disabled". That is, we do shipping calculations offline to give our customers the best deal on delivery. If all our customers were in North America, we wouldn't have to do this, but we ship to more than 50 different countries - so no shopping program we have found is as flexible as we need it to be. Know that we only charge you the exact shipping charged to us (be it UPS or USPS).
Shipping methods offered: UPS Ground (all orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified or if the shipping address given is a post office box), UPS 3rd Day, UPS 2nd Day, UPS Next Day Air, USPS Priority Mail (in US only), USPS Airmail (overseas), USPS Global Priority (overseas) or USPS Global Express (overseas). C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery) Orders: Please note, the UPS charge for all COD orders is $8.50. This charge is added in addition to your regular shipping charge. We only accept CASHIER'S CHECKS or MONEY ORDERS for COD orders. Personal Checks and Cash will not be accepted. Returns: We verify all names and ship to addresses when orders are placed via phone so that there are no mistakes. If we receive returns due to incorrect addresses or misspellings from internet orders UPS charges us $5.00 each time a package is sent out incorrectly. Please check your addresses and spelling to make sure your order arrives to the intended receiver. Please be aware that you may be charged this fee if UPS charges us. Pre-paid Shipments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders and Personal Checks. Please note: If paying with a Cashier's Check, Money Order or Personal Check we can not ship your order until payment is received. If you send a Personal Check, we will be unable to ship your order until the check has cleared our bank.
