CEO / President
Mrs.
Caton oversees day-to-day operations at
Lumen Foods, including Production, Personnel &
Human Resources. She received both her B.S. and M.S. in
Agriculture from Texas A&M University (1976-82 - N.D.
received in 2001); and is
readily familiar with all vital aspects of the soyfoods
processing industry.
